1. What makes us different from other suppliers?
Logo Collection is committed to ensuring deep Inventory availability on all of the items in our catalogue to allow for efficient action on orders, usually, the goods can be shipped within 1 to 7 days even with logo printing.
2. Is it possible to place an order less than MOQ?
Yes! If the order quantity is less than 50% of MOQ, the unit price will be 20% higher If the order quantity is more than 50% of MOQ, the unit price will be 10% higher.
3. Can I order blank item?
Most of the time the blank items are available for purchase at end column price. No minimum quantity required if purchasing blank items.
4. Is it possible to print the logo size larger than the max imprint area?
It depends on the items and artwork, please send the artwork to us for confirmation, we may be able to increase the logo size properly, and there will be extra print cost.
5. What kind of format files of artwork do you accept?
Please send the artwork in CDR, EPS, AI or SVG format files to us.
6. I only have a JPEG/JPG/Bitmap /GIF file can you use these?
Yes, but in most cases, these files are not enough of high resolution for us to use, we will not compromise the quality of our printing and subsequently your promotion with poor artwork. We will redraw it into a high resolution that will give us a high-quality reproduction of your logo that will make both your chosen product and logo look great. Professional redraws can cost money depending on your needs –this is a time-consuming process but we do this at a nominal charge for customers (usually $75+GST/logo).
If you need to have your logo created into an EPS/AI, we will always advise of the cost prior to redrawing and we will, if you like, email you a copy of the EPS/AI to be reused by you at a later date.
7. Is it possible to cancel the order?
Yes, but the customer is responsible for all costs incurred after production starts.
